A. PinksAuctions is a Auction Liquidation Plateform Provided by Bear Metal Motors LLC (A licenced Retail
Automotive and Equiptment Dealer) to provide Industry and Dealers with Peace of Mind Bidding,
Knowing the Title is held by the Auction Company.
Q. What is the big deal about the auction company holding the title?
A. Most Auctions allow consigners to sell an Item without the title present. Once the Bidder wins the
auction, they pay for the item, pick it up and wait to hear if the title has shown or if the auction has
unwound. This is unacceptable. Transportation costs, loss of capital use and recondition fees all add up,
only for the buyer to find out they have to give the item they thought that they own, back to the
auction. We hold titles in house to all items we are auctioning. You win, you pay, you own it!
Q. How does this benefit me as a buyer?
A. If you are buying a piece of equipment, you win the bid, pay, transport to recon and then to items. Its
that simple the jobsite and start making money. You buy a vehicle, aircraft or vessel… You win, pay,
recon and go enjoy it. No waiting for the us to pay the consigner and then pay a bank who will release a
title and eventually you will get a transfer.
Q. Doesn’t every auction hold the title?
A. NO! PinksAuctions was started by a Private Investigator that worked financial crimes involving
dealerships, auctions and con artists. It was amazing how many auctions would simply say “Sorry” while
costing bidders tens of thousands of dollars in wasted transport, reconditioning and flooring. If our
consigners have not provided us title, we won’t list the Items, its that simple
