At Pinksauctions we do everything possible to make our auctions fair and transparent. Please read the
following information before you bid and buy.
Registration and deposits
Registration to bid is free. There is no bid deposit required as long as you are a licensed dealer, or have
an MC DOT Approved trucking company with a bank letter of credit. Please be aware that you must
present photo identification when you register at the auction site (e.g. identity card, passport or
driver’s license).
Every auction is reserved
Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day once the reserve is hit. Owners are forbidden
by contract from bidding on items they are selling. Bids are irrevocable, and all sales are final. If you’re
the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you’re the new owner of
that item.
Everything sells “as is, where is”
We recommend that you do your due diligence before the auction the auction before bidding on
auction day.
Transaction fees for buyers
Please note: Effective January 1, 2023, our transaction fees structure has been adjusted; Each

All auctions have a buyer’s premium of 2%. This is the lowest buyer’s premium in the industry and does
not very buy price. The Buyer’s premium will be added to your final bill at the time of purchase

Documentation Fees
A $115 documentation fee will be charged on each titled item purchased if it is located in the United
States, Canada or Mexico. In California a $70 fee applies. Tax will be collected for the state in which
the vehicle is located and buyer takes possession. If Vehicle is located in CA, State tax in CA applies
unless buyer’s agent is a licensed transport company with bill of lading outside CA. NO EXCEPTIONS
Payment and removal
Purchases must be paid in full within seven (4) days of the end of the auction. Buyers cannot remove
their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Please only pay from the same account from which you made the
purchase.
If Pinksauctions. does not receive full payment within seven (7) days of the end of the auction, interest
on overdue amounts will be paid by Purchaser at a rate of 18% per annum or at such other maximum
rate as allowed by law, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Auctioneers. Buy
bidding, you agree you are interring a purchase contract and buy winning, you agree you owe the
money as the winning bid.
PinksAuctions run by Bear Metal Motors LLC A California Limited Liability Corporation. All transfers
(Title and Money) will be performed by Bear Metal Motors LLC and will be mandated by the laws of the
State of California. By Bidding, Bidders understand that Arbitration and venue shall be in the State of
California shall an issue arise. Again, All bids are final and all items are purchased as is, where in. No
Warranties implied or expressed by PinksAuctions or Bear Metal Motors LLC
All items must be removed within 48 hours unless written authorization is obtained
